Lower Body Day

Title is self-explanatory, today was all focus on the lower body!
 
 
 
 
20 minutes on the stairmaster.
20 minutes on the bike.
4x15 reps on the abductor machine.
4x15 reps on the adductor machine.
4x12 on the laying leg curl.
3x15 slanted leg press.
45 calf raises with weight
2x20 lunges with weight
2x20 squats on bosu ball
20 inner thigh leg lifts on each leg
