Monday after Break workout

First Mother Nature dumps a ton of snow on us this year. Then she decides to make the Monday after Spring Break a downpour. As if getting out of bed wasn't hard enough already!

Today's workout: 30 minutes on the elliptical (7 1/2 mins forward, 7 1/2 mins backwards, etc) and then went to the aerobics room to do a Full Body Workout:
After my leg/glute workout yesterday, my hamstrings were screaming during this! Thank goodness for stretching/foam rollers!

Now to decide on staying up to watch the NCAA championship game or go to sleep...
